I booked a 10 hour course and test for £755 in April after failing my last test and wanting a quick retest and some practice to refresh me beforehand. I was promised a test as soon as possible. This turned out to be in September, 5 months later…
So I wait and get in touch with my assigned instructor in August to begin lessons before my test.
After 8 hours of lessons and less than 1 week before my test my instructor informs me that I need to pay him another £150 for his car and time on the day of the test. As this isn’t included in the £755 I already paid to passmefast.
I call passmefast who confirm this and tell me oh yea we’re looking at fixing the wording on this.
My instructor showed me how much passmefast is paying him for his time, and it’s barely half the cost.
They’re just pocketing people’s money!
Feel like I’ve been conned.
