I am an older, less competent, user. I believed that paying for a windows 10 activation key would simply require me to input this key number into the settings. This was not the case; I had to buy a USB and reinstall windows, it seems. None of which I could do and certainly not without professional advice. The staff were less than helpful about my difficulties in providing the information they required online. I am disabled and had to put myself through a great deal of pain to achieve what was, seemingly, required in that I had to print out (after moving the printer so it was available), fill in by hand the necesssary form, scan said form (again I had to move my scanner) and then send the information on. I tried to offer written evidence, as per the form, via email and asked them to accept my email as a 'signed' form. No, everything had to be done by their rules. I shall never go anywhere near this company again.
