My daughter had saved up all her Christmas and birthday money to buy this hoverboard and the seat attachment. She was so excited but from the first time she used it we’ve had problems using the seat attachment which means the the board won’t move without lots of turning it off and on again and fiddling about with it. Also one of the wheels has started clicking on the hoverboard.
I have been emailing customer services daily for 10 days now asking for a refund or replacement and they keep sending me YouTube videos to try and fix it myself, which don’t work. Despite me telling them this they keep sending self help options. Their latest suggestion is that the just send me a new wheel for me to fit myself which needs tools I don’t own. What’s worse is the customer services is obviously overseas in another time zone so they only reply in the middle of the night which means each email takes over 24 hours to be replied to. I don’t recommend you buy from this company because if you have a problem they are unwilling to send a replacement or refund you.
