I placed two orders with Fan merch, the first didn't arrive and after 11 days, I was told it was cancelled due to lack of stock, fair enough, however, still waiting for a refund a further 10 days later.
The second order arrived fine but I have to say the quality is poor, I ordered a polo shirt with BSB detailing, all printed, ok, not embroidered but the shirt itself is virtually see through, I'm just glad I ordered it at 50% off as it's certainly not worth the full asking price. I'm not normally a complainer but the service was so bad, I had to speak up, there was a total lack of communication despite multiple emails and on line chat.
Sadly, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, hopefully this was an isolated incident but they won't be getting any more business from me.
