I took over the Publicity Officer role for our Club (a post which had been vacant for a number of years so our website had not been updated for a long time). No current Club members have ever had administrator access to the site, or know how to obtain this, so I contacted ClubBuzz diretly through their Webchat. I was assured that I would be emailed with all the information I need, and tutorials etc, the same day. I gave it a few days, during which there was no contact, so I then emailed them .... again no response (not even an automated reply). I have tried their Webchat again today, as it said they were "online and ready to help" . Half an hour later (and with the site still saying they are "online and ready to help") they still haven't even acknowledged my presence. If the Club I represent hadn't recently renewed I would be ceasing the membership of ClubBuzz immediately. They are worse than useless.
