I ordered 5 Lights on the 3rd of January and had a UPS Tracking Number Issued. When I ordered it said delivery would be 5-7 days but after 2 weeks they hadn't arrived so I checked the Tracking number and they hadn't even been dispatched!! I contacted their support and was told they would be dispatched but no compensation was offered by the really rude faceless person at the other end. Then two days later I received an email from a manager offering me a refund on the shipping costs. Better late than never I thought but then a few days later I had an email cancelling the order as 3 weeks had elapsed!! Company policy apparently! Then I was asked to re order and only offered 5 Euro as a sorry. Do yourself a favour and find a reputable company in the UK who will do as they say! I am going to leave as many reviews as possible on all the sites they sell though to warn others of their shocking customer service!!
