The 10 fitness tools make you completely independent and flexible. The 10 tools consist of resistance bands, mini bands, hand grips, foot straps & door anchors, speed jump rope, sling trainer, slider, fascia ball, folding mat and the centerpiece the bar.
The bar is made in two parts so it fits comfortably in the custom sleeves inside the bag. It assembles in seconds and easily snaps into the carabiners of the resistance bands. With all three bands together, really heavy deadlifts (deadlifts) of about 80 – 100 kg are possible.
If this is not enough weight, the PAKAMA bag can be expanded with the Heavy + Extreme resistance bands. Whether indoors or outdoors, with the equipment you can start your workout anywhere. Throw the sling trainer over a branch or a fence and if it is raining outside or just too cold, you can start an indoor session with the door anchor.
