Warning THIEVING Company, do not use!!!
Customer Service rarely reply to email.
They are keeping my money, even though all of this has happened due to their negligence:
1) They sent the wrong perfume
2) They told me I can keep that perfume and they’ll send the correct one.
3) I wait weeks for the perfume to arrive and then when I chase up the delivery I’m told that their team has made a mistake.
4) They tell me I have to return the Parfume for a refund of the wrong perfume that they sent. I refused to pay postage costs for this.
5) They sent me a postage label to print, even though I don’t have a printer.
6) I try returning it 3 times, but it keeps being returned or not accepted as the postal service they instructed me to use does not accept perfume.
However after all these failings, they are blaming me for not returning it in a timely manner? Where’s there accountability here?
Waiting for a Manager to reply, feel is unlikely as the customer service team are just appalling.
I’m so frustrated by all of the time and energy it’s taken to try and communicate with this company and trips to the post office, friends house for printer. There is simply no acknowledgement for their failings.
Avoid at all costs.
